Breast Enlargements Offered In Private Hospitals

Women are usually concerned about their physical appearance at any age. This is why the field of plastics in the medical industry sees millions of women every year hoping to have all kinds of facial and body procedures and operations done. Among the most common surgeries done for aesthetic reasons would be facelifts, eyelid surgery (Plastische Chirurgie) and breast augmentation. Because they have become so common, there are some women who are looking for healthcare plans which cover such procedures.
Brustvergrösserung) surgery is the medical procedure performed to increase the breast size of a woman through using medical implants. These implants are typically made with silicone and have saline solution as the filling. Saline solution is commonly used as it can safely be absorbed by the body during the event that the implants ruptures or sustains a leak. They are then inserted into the breast or breasts through an incision which is done underneath the breasts.

Because breast augmentation offers a quick way to enlarge the chest, many women prefer to have them instead of doing the natural methods of getting a bigger bust size such as exercising or using herbal treatments.

Aside from increasing the breast size, breast enlargement is also performed on women who: wish to have fuller and shapely breasts; want to restore the shape or size of their breasts after a pregnancy or a significant weight loss; want to make their breasts more even or proportional; and those who have undergone mastectomy and would like to restore their breast size.

On the other hand, eyelid surgery or blespharoplasty is the procedure done to get rid of unsightly facial lines and wrinkles around the eyes such as crow’s feet. Many women usually get lines around the eyes early on because of: inherently dry skin which is more prone to developing wrinkles; the stresses that they deal with; a poor diet which lacks a good amount of fruits and vegetables that have the nutrients and antioxidants that the skin needs; or because they were unable to use good facial moisturizers.

Both of these surgeries are done as outpatient procedures. They can be performed at almost any type of hospital and medical facility which has the necessary equipment for the surgery. The duration of these surgeries could range from one to two hours, depending on the proficiency of the surgeon performing the operation. General anesthesia is typically used but an epidural or local anesthesia could also be used for certain cases. After a breast augmentation procedure, gauze is usually taped over the stitches. Afterwards, the breasts are wrapped and then supported by a special type of bra. The stitches will be removed after ten to fourteen days after the surgery.
